The green coffee for this blend comes exclusively from Honduras. The country’s high-quality beans are particularly convincing with their strong, spicy taste. Other typical features are the pronounced acid structure, a velvety mouthfeel and fine notes of nut and fruit. Particularly noteworthy is the coffee growing at altitudes of 1,000-1,500 meters and 2,000 meters. This is known as ‘High Grown’ or ‘Strictly High Grown’ and is particularly aromatic.
